Welcome to Simply Anxious! I’m Lisa, and I’m here to help women move from living in fear of anxiety to a life where anxiety no longer dictates their freedom.
Anxiety once felt like an ever-present shadow in my life, restricting my freedom to live fully for decades; then, in 2014, everything changed. I stepped forward, sharing my story across the UK and standing up for mental health, a journey that earned me a British Empire Medal from the Queen.
In 2019, I left my career to focus on my healing, transforming my life and redefining my relationship with anxiety. Today, I’m here not just as someone who’s been through it but as someone who’s found freedom beyond it. Through Simply Anxious, I help others on their journey to embrace the life they’re meant to live – free from a fear of anxiety.
